At Weaver Crown, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and premium leather artistry. Because many of our products are handcrafted and made in limited or custom batches, we maintain a clear and fair return and refund policy to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship standards.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through weavercrown.com.


1. Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, it enters our production and processing workflow immediately. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, orders cannot always be modified or canceled after confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Request additional verification before processing an order

If an order is canceled by us before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our products are individually handcrafted using genuine leather and natural materials. Slight variations in:

  • texture
  • grain pattern
  • color tone
  • stitching appearance
  • finishing details

are considered part of the unique character of handcrafted leather goods and are not considered defects.

Product photos are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, leather batches, or handmade finishing processes.


3. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged during transit
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • The product must remain unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase and supporting photos/videos may be required

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products purchased on clearance or promotional sale
  • Used, altered, or damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Natural leather variations or aging characteristics
  • Minor measurement tolerances or handcrafted variations

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us

We reserve the right to:

  • Issue partial refunds when appropriate
  • Decline refunds if returned items do not meet our inspection standards

6. Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products due to limited handcrafted inventory availability.

If an exchange request is approved:

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping and reshipping costs
  • Replacement production times may vary depending on product availability

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged due to shipping
  • A verified manufacturing defect exists

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Weaver Crown is not responsible for lost return shipments.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, customers agree to first contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of refund policies may result in:

  • refusal of future service
  • evidence submission to payment providers
  • legal enforcement where applicable
