Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility may be subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures.

While we will reasonably assist customers in resolving shipping issues, Weaver Crown cannot guarantee reimbursement for:

  • carrier delays
  • lost shipments
  • stolen packages marked as delivered
  • customs-related holds

Claims may require investigation with the shipping provider before any resolution is considered.
